Floaters

Athletes will focus on forward/back tucks. Athletes must have a series ((3) standing back hands springs) & a roundoff (3) back handsprings to enroll.
Takeoff
(Ages 6+) • 55 Minutes​
This class is designed for those who would like to begin tumbling. Athletes will learn the basics: cartwheels, hand stands, forward rolls, round-offs, back bend kick over, etc.
Home Schoolers

Want to get your tumble on earlier in the day? We've got you covered! Tumbling classes earlier in the day for our homeschooled athletes. This will help your child stay active and this way, you can start early and finish early without having to wait for our evening classes.
Back Back
(Ages 6+) • 55 Minutes
In this class, athletes will apply all takeoff skills and learn back/front walk overs & back handsprings, both standing and running. Must have back bend kick over to enroll in a session.
Cheer
Spirit Squad
(Ages 5-7) • 45 Minutes

An introduction to the cheer world! This class is great for new cheerleaders and existing cheerleaders looking for a refresher for school tryouts. Athletes will learn proper techniques for spiriting, jumps, cheers & motions.

Mondays at 6:30PM
This program combines the best of both worlds! This class is designed to give athletes a chance to experience competitive cheerleading without the pressure of competing. Cheerleaders will enjoy tumbling, jumping, dancing & stunting in this all in one class. At the end of the 3 months the Cheerleaders will put on a performance!
IA Elite
(Ages 11+) • 55 Minutes

Next Season: September-December
Tuesdays at 6:30PM
This Program is the same concept as the icheer with an increase in difficulty. This class is great for those looking to try out for school cheerleader and/or in place of school cheerleading!
Movement
Flex
(Ages 6+) • 30 Minutes
This 30-minute class will alternate weekly between flexibility & strength gain. Classes will focus on increasing athletes' flexibility and working out their muscles to help achieve their tumbling & cheer goals.
Star of the Show
• 30 Minutes
This one of a kind class is designed specifically for those with special requirements. This 30 minute class will assist with building motor skills and help build confidence while being active and having fun! This is a great class to keep athletes active and let their inner strength shine!
