Make-Up Class Allowance:

Each enrolled member of Instinct Athletics is entitled to utilize up to five (5) make-up classes per calendar year. These make-up classes are available to compensate for gym closures, holidays, missed sessions due to personal reasons, etc. This allocation is applicable regardless of any changes to their enrollment plan. The allocation of five (5) make-up classes is renewed at the beginning of each calendar year, but any unused make-up classes from the previous year are forfeited.

Eligibility and Procedure:

Members must notify the gym administration or instructor before the missed session to qualify for a make-up class.

Make-up classes should be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to availability in alternate classes or designated make-up sessions.

Availability for make-up classes is not guaranteed and is subject to space limitations and scheduling considerations.

To maintain continuity, make-up classes should ideally be scheduled within the same level or category as the missed class.

 

Holidays and Gym Closures:

Make-up classes can be utilized to cover missed sessions due to gym holidays or closures. Members are encouraged to plan their attendance around known closures to minimize missed sessions. Exceptions will only be made for holidays that the gym will be closed. It is the sole responsibility of the parent to reach out to the front office to schedule a make-up class. Once a make-up class is scheduled it may not be rescheduled. 

 

Expiration and Limitations:

Unused make-up class allowances do not carry over to the following year.

The use of make-up classes is non-transferable and applies solely to the enrolled member.

 

Policy Acknowledgment:

By enrolling in Instinct Athletics programs, members acknowledge and accept the Make-Up Class Policy as outlined herein.

 

Changes to Policy:

Instinct Athletics reserves the right to amend or modify the Make-Up Class Policy. Any such changes will be communicated to members in a timely and transparent manner.

 

Policy Adherence:

Compliance with this policy is appreciated and ensures fairness and flexibility while maintaining the quality and structure of our classes.

 

Cancellation Policy:

A 30-day notice must be written and given to the front office. Once notice has been received your Plan will be terminated 30 days from the given notice.

 

Private Lessons: All payments are non-refundable and due prior to the first lesson. Payment of the invoice will reserve your time slot, if for some reason you are unable to attend your private lesson we will require a 24 hour notice and the private lesson may be rescheduled. Any notice given within 24 hours of the private lesson as well as no shows will automatically count as your scheduled private lesson.

Summer Camps & Clinics: All Summer Camps and Clinics are non-refundable. If, for some reason, your child is unable to attend their scheduled camp, notice must be given prior to the first day of camp and you may be provided with a credit. Instinct Athletics will not provide partial credits for missed camp days prior to and/or once the camp has commenced. Spots are limited and payment guarantees your child's spot in that camp.
